For roofing and service companies
Your work is better than your website.
Fix that in 7 days.
A custom site that makes you the obvious choice in your county, and books the job while you're still on the roof. $2,500 for the build. $100 a month to host it. You own the site.
Sound familiar?
You're not losing jobs to better contractors.
You're losing them to contractors who look bigger online. Here's the machine working against you:
The lead brokers.
You pay for a lead, and so do three or four of your competitors, for the same homeowner. Whoever answers first wins, and everybody paid.
The website landlords.
$200 a month, forever, for a template. The day you cancel, the site disappears. It was never yours.
The ghost.
The last web guy took the deposit, built half of it, and stopped answering. His voicemail is still full.
None of that is a roofing problem. It's an ownership problem. You've been renting the thing that should be your best asset.
The math nobody shows you
What you're really paying.
- Lead services run roofers $50–$160 per lead in competitive markets, before a single booked job, and each lead is sold to several contractors at once.
- Contractors report the effective cost of one won job through the big lead platforms at $500–$1,250 or more. The FTC fined one of the biggest platforms $7.2M in 2023 over how those leads were marketed.
- Rental-site agencies charge $200–$500 every month, on contracts, and keep the site when you leave.
Or: $2,500 for the build and $100 a month to host it. The domain is yours, the site is yours, and every lead it books is only yours.
The build
One build fee. One week. Yours.
I build your site the way I've built systems my whole career: planned first, then executed at AI speed. Not a template with your logo dropped in. A site built around how a service company actually wins jobs: proof, speed, and a phone number that gets answered.
- ✓ Custom design, phone-first. Storm season happens on a homeowner's phone, so that's where your site gets built first.
- ✓ Your real proof, front and center. Your photos, your reviews, your actual certifications. Everything on your site is something you can prove.
- ✓ Built to book. Click-to-call, quote request, service-area pages, financing CTA. Jobs land in your inbox and your phone, not a broker's queue.
- ✓ Yours in every legal sense. Domain, code, content, all registered in your name from day one.
- ✓ The changes dashboard. Type a change in plain English, preview it, click make it live. Included with the build.
- ✓ Live in 7 days from kickoff. Flat means flat. The schedule risk is mine, not yours.
$2,500 once
The build. Design, pages, forms, setup, the changes dashboard. Paid at booking.
$100 a month
Hosting. Servers, SSL, security, monitoring, backups. Month to month, starts on live day.
The 90-Day It-Works Guarantee.
Run it for 90 full days. If you're not thrilled, I refund the build fee, and you keep the domain, the content, all of it. I can make that promise because of what it costs me if I'm wrong: everything. The rental guys can't say that sentence out loud.
After launch
Hosting is $100 a month. Changes take a sentence.
"Add the new crew photo." "Put the hail-damage special on the homepage." Type it in plain English from your dashboard. I build it, you see a preview, you click make it live. Wrong call? One button rolls it back.

Three steps
See it before you pay.
- 1. Apply. Two minutes. I only take companies this will actually work for: established, already investing in growth.
- 2. Your homepage concept, in 48 hours. I build the first screen of your new site from your real photos and reviews and send it to you. Free. If you want it, we talk for 15 minutes. If you don't, no hard feelings.
- 3. Build week. Day 7, it's live, and it's yours. $2,500 paid at booking, hosting at $100 a month from live day. Nothing else.
For you
Established roofing or service company · already spending on leads, ads, or crews · work that's better than your web presence · want one accountable human whose cell number you have.
Not for you
Brand-new company with no jobs yet · shopping for a $500 template · want to pay hourly and manage a project.
Who's building
Hey, I'm KC.
I've done every IT job there is: security, cloud, DevOps, QA, leadership. Now I build with AI at speeds that used to take a team. You get my cell, not a ticket queue. One accountable human, enterprise habits, small-company speed. Everything on my work page is live and clickable.
Who I build for, and where
Industries
Asked constantly. Answered honestly.
What does it cost, exactly?
$2,500 once for the build, then $100 a month for hosting. The build fee covers the design, the pages, the forms, the setup, and the plain-English changes dashboard. The hosting fee covers the servers, SSL, security, monitoring, and backups. Both are stated up front. There is nothing else.
Why $2,500 plus hosting when the other guys are $200 a month?
With the rental guys you own nothing. Cancel and the site is gone. Here the build fee buys the asset: domain, code, content, in your name. Hosting is month to month at $100. Stop hosting with me and you take the site anywhere.
I already have a website.
Then you already know what it isn't doing. I start with what you have, keep anything that works, and you see your new homepage before you pay a dollar.
How is 7 days possible? Agencies quoted me months.
I plan the whole site before building it, then execute with AI-speed tooling against that plan. The thinking happens first. That is why the building is fast.
What happens when I need changes later?
Type what you want in plain English from your dashboard. I build it, you preview it, you click make it live. One button rolls it back. The dashboard is part of the build. Hosting is the $100 a month.
Who owns what, exactly?
You: the domain, the code, the photos, the words, the reviews, all of it, in your name. Me: the servers it runs on while you host with me. If we part ways, you take the site with you.
Do you only do roofing?
No. Roofing is one of many. This works for any service business that wins jobs on proof and phone calls: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, painting, exteriors. Apply and I will tell you straight if you are not a fit.
What's the difference between this and the $4,997 Dev Sprint?
This is a marketing website: up to eight pages, forms, service-area pages, SEO, hosting. If you need customer logins, payments, a booking system or a dashboard, that is an app, and that is the Dev Sprint.
Right now a homeowner is choosing between you and the company that looks bigger.
Make that an unfair fight.
